About Us & Transparency

Non-Governmental Organization "Media Center 'Third Capital'" was registered in January 2021 as an independent hub uniting professional journalists, producers, and media managers. We protect the information space and develop hyper-local journalism in Ukraine.

Our Mission

Fostering the development of independent media and audiovisual arts in Ukraine. We combat disinformation and provide our audience with objective, fact-based reporting.

Board & Management

Founded by practitioners with deep backgrounds in media production and academic journalism. Governance is executed through independent bodies: General Assembly, Board of Directors, Supervisory, and Editorial Boards.

  • Nataliia Demediuk — Head of the Board, CEO, Journalist, a lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism with many years of work experience
  • Oleksandr Khytrov — Board Member, Producer, Media Manager, and a lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism with many years of work experience.
